After three years and one month of illness, I’m thrilled to share how far I’ve come in my recovery from a vaccine injury. While it’s been an incredibly challenging journey, I now feel about 90% recovered and am finally able to live life fully again.
One of the biggest milestones has been regaining my energy. I’m now working part-time, studying nutrition coaching and finding balance in my daily routine. Yoga three times a week keeps me centered and flexible, and my hour-long walks each day energise me while providing valuable time to connect with nature. Even more exciting, I have the stamina to enjoy the things I love, including socialising with friends and making the most of each day.
My most recent blood tests reflected this progress, with improvements across several areas. My inflammatory markers have normalised, my immune system has stabilised, and my gut health is flourishing after years of careful attention to diet and targeted supplements. Nutritional support has been pivotal in reaching these results, including the use of L-Arginine, vitamin C, and peptides like KPV, which have transformed my post-exertional recovery and overall health.
Reflecting on the progress I’ve made, I feel immense gratitude for the support of my family and friends who stood by me through this journey. While I’ll always stay mindful of my health and continue the habits that have brought me to this point, I feel strong, resilient, and hopeful for the future.
